- design_handoff_aec2027/ (untracked at repo root) becomes
  docs/design/handoff-2026-07-reading-ux/ (spec, HTML prototype, screenshots)
- gitignore assets.zip (source archive, contents already extracted)
- TODONEXT.md collects unfinished items from the 5 merged docs/plans dirs
  before their deletion (handed to the user)
- docs/plans/handoff-ux-redesign/: research + implementation plan

- tokens.css: « couleurs d'accompagnement » (lavande/corail/violet-muted/
  rose-pale) + on-pairs, handoff radii roles (chip/card/media/search),
  shell metrics (navbar/audiobar/sidebar/gutter), reading-comfort engine
  (--fs-body steps, data-fs/falc/contrast hooks), theme-aware surfaces
  (surface-soft, audiobar) with dark values from the prototype's
  applyTheme(); dark link/muted move to violet-200 (rose is app-banned,
  violet-muted fails 1.66:1 on the dark bar)
- checker: SUPPORT_TOKENS verbatim contract, jaune un-banned for the app,
  new light pairs (+LARGE_TEXT_ONLY for corail & rose-pale-on-rouge, both
  >=24px/bold in the design), dark-block/media-block identity + dark
  contrast pairs — 99 checks
- design.md / CLAUDE.md / design-system.html synced; public tokens.css copy
  re-synced

  position persisted, never autoplays); AudioDock/ChapterAudioPlayer retired
- accueil: crème hero + Book JSON-LD, resume card, random key-measure card
  (server pick + client reshuffle), part-family chapter grid with En cours
  badges; BookSidebar retired (/programme keeps the catalogue)
- chapter page: family sidebar with jaune stroke, numbered section rows
  with read chips + counter, pager
- lecture page: corail accents, rouge Mesure clé card (rose-pale headline),
  share row, ←/→ navigation, read-marking, honest FALC note
- dataec: SectionContext.prev (chains across chapters); audio availability
  centralized in lib/audioAvailability.ts; no fabricated durations
- checker still 99/99, typecheck clean, next build clean
